We're big proponents of privacy and believe that what you do online is your business and yours alone. Out of respect for you and for your privacy, Kind Find deliberately collects as little personal data about you as possible, but we do collect some.
This page explains how we use any personal information collected from you, including what we collect and how we use the information we collect. We may update this page from time-to-time, and when we do, we'll be sure to let you know.

Information We Collect
Email Address - When you sign up for the Kind Find newsletter, you're asked to provide your email address. We use Mailchimp to send our newsletter. If you're using a public email service like Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com or AOL, Mailchimp identifies which email service you are using. If your email username contains your legal name, then this does personally identify you. We collect this information so that we can send you our weekly email every Sunday. We make every effort to protect your personal information and implement multiple security measures to protect your privacy.
Location - In addition to your email address, Mailchimp also collects your IP address, which identifies the city, state and country you signed up from. This information does not personally identify you. Mailchimp collects this data by default. We don't use this data at all.
Demographics - Based on the email address you used to sign up, Mailchimp makes a calculated guess at your gender and age range using data science. This information is collected in aggregate and does not personally identify you. We use this data to help us understand the overall makeup of our community.
Website Activity - When people visit our website, we us a website analytics tool to collect aggregated data about our website. This data includes: how many total people visited our website, what pages are generally visited, which sites referred visitors, the types of devices used to access our website (desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile phone), which browsers are used to access our website, which operating systems are used to access our website, which countries our website is accessed from and how many visitors subscribed to our weekly email series. We use this information to continually improve your experience on our website.
We do not track, collect or store personally identifiable website visitor information, nor do we use pixel tags, cookies, and/or other similar technologies to serve ads or track your activity across the web.
